Complaints Handling Great Britain
It is, of course, annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you have experienced it. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint by e-mail to the customer contact department. This can be done by e-mail, regular mail and/or telephone. Our staff in the customer contact department will look into the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

After receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will reply to your complaint within 24 hours after receipt, should it take longer, we will inform you of this.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which 24Man b.v. is affiliated. Should the mediation attempt not lead to a satisfactory solution for any reason, then there is the possibility to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
